Heartbeat of Toledo Life Champion & Volunteer Awards Nomination Form
We accept nominations for two awards: the Dr. John Hillabrand and Lore Maier Life Champion Award, and the Esther Applegate Volunteer Award, beginning in January of each year. The Life Champion Award recognizes someone who has contributed to the pro-life movement in an exceptional way. The award is named for Heartbeat of Toledo's founders who also began Heartbeat International and were widely recognized in the pro-life movement. The Volunteer Award recognizes a current Heartbeat volunteer who has shown long-term dedication to the mission for life at Heartbeat. This award is named for a founding volunteer of Heartbeat. The awards are presented at Heartbeat's Annual Banquet each spring.

Donate Spare Change
Our annual Baby Bottle program is a great opportunity for your church or school to perform service for the community and to help local mothers and babies. Baby bottles are distributed at your church (or other location) and members are asked to take them home, fill them with loose change (or bills or checks) and return it after a two-week period. If your church/organization is interested in participating, please contact Stacey LaPointe, Development Director, at 419.241.9131 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Stop by and learn more about what we do at Heartbeat and our women’s center, Your First Look. Call 419.241.9131 to schedule a visit.
